Payment

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

We accept
– Bancontact / Mister Cash (as well as the KBC & Belfius mobile app)
– iDEAL
– PayPal
– Credit Card
– Transfer

Orders can be picked up as well at our workshop in Antwerp, Schoten and then be paid by card, cash, or paid up front through the website.
All orders have to be placed, and confirmed before pickup. These can be picked up by appointment, or on an open shop day (as well after confirmation – take a look at our calendar for open shop days).

Q: Is your site secure?

Yes. All private credit, or debit card information is encrypted across a secure line.

 

 

Shipping

Q: When will I receive my order?

Once we have received your payment, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of shipment, as well as a track & trace code so that you can see where your package is at all time.

We ship our packages via Bpost. Shipments abroad are automatically taken over by the local mail, for example PostNL in the Netherlands. During the checkout, you can choose to have your order delivered at home, or in a parcel machine (Belgium only).

 

Pick up

Q: Can I collect my order as well?

Although we do not have a physical store, you can pick up your order!
This is possible, after an appointment, in Schoten, north of Antwerp.

You can choose ‘pick up’ as a shipping method during the checkout, and then pay as desired.
This can be done in advance, or on the spot by cash, bank card or mobile.


 

Returns and refunds

Q: What’s your exchange/return policy?

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, there is always a possibility to return your item or order.
The article must be unopened and returned to us in original packaging. Only when these criteria are met, we can give you a refund.
You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage, but you will not be charged a shipping fee for an exchange.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for processing refunds. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item.

Q: How do I exchange something?

Please contact our salesteam through a contactform on our website, or e-mail us about your exchange. We’re certain together we can find the perfect item for you.
